Is it for use at home or in a business environment? Is it for a formal or informal space? Is it desirable to use a room-size rug, or several smaller ones? Is it to be used for the floor or as a wall decoration, table covering, or a throw? Will it be used in a high traffic zone? These are all vital considerations n determining which way to go.
